History

Les Entreprises Prepa Ltée is a family-owned and operated business founded in 1975 in Montreal, Canada, by Mr. Giuseppe Preziuso.

1987

M. Americo Cicci joins his uncle Giuseppe and cousins in the administration of Les Entreprises Prepa, strengthening the family leadership structure and supporting the company's continued growth.

1999

The first of several chain link weavers becomes operational, marking the beginning of a new era in manufacturing.

2001

In response to substandard PVC-coated wire in the market, the company installs its first extrusion line to ensure greater quality control and product consistency.

2004

Les Entreprises Prepa relocates to a newly constructed facility specifically designed to accommodate extrusion operations and support future expansion.

2008

Les Entreprises Prepa acquires additional property adjacent to their new location, to accommodate the company's continued growth and operational needs.

2010

To meet increasing market demand, Les Entreprises Prepa expands its manufacturing capabilities through the acquisition of additional production equipment.

2020

The COVID-19 pandemic provided an opportunity to re-evaluate the evolving needs of the fencing industry. It was determined that the company's focus should be dedicated entirely to the manufacturing and distribution of fence-related products. As a result, after 45 years of providing installation services, Les Entreprises Prepa made the strategic decision to discontinue installation operations and concentrate exclusively on manufacturing and distribution.

Today

Les Entreprises Prepa continues to invest in manufacturing, inventory, and customer service while remaining committed to the values and family leadership that have guided the company since 1975. From its headquarters in Montreal, the company supplies fence products to contractors, distributors, municipalities, and industrial clients across Canada.
